About the Service

• Drama-Shots is a premium short-form video entertainment service available to MTN Ghana mobile subscribers at http://billgh.drama-shots.com/ (service subscription and billing information page) and https://playgh.drama-shots.com/ (Drama-shots video store)
• The service offers vertical-format drama series consisting of multiple short episodes designed for mobile viewing.
• Content may include romance, comedy, action, thriller, lifestyle, and other entertainment genres.

Subscription

• MTN Ghana customers who subscribe to Drama-Shots receive unlimited access to available Drama-Shots content during their active subscription period.
• Subscription charges will be deducted from your MTN mobile balance according to your selected subscription plan.
• Subscription charges are:
  • GHS 40 per month, or
  • GHS 12 per week, or
  • GHS 2 per day,
• Subscription fees and billing frequency will be displayed at the time of subscription.
• Your subscription will automatically renew until you unsubscribe.
• If sufficient balance is not available, billing retries may be attempted in accordance with MTN policies. Also partial or discounted charges may be applied where supported.

Service Access

• Access to premium content is available at https://playgh.drama-shots.com/ only to active subscribers meaning customers whose subscription amount as per plan selected has been deducted
• Some content or episodes may be offered free of charge as promotional content.
• Drama-Shots reserves the right to add, remove, update, or modify content available on the platform at any time.
• Content availability may vary by market, device, or operator.
• If your account cannot be charged, your subscription may be placed in a grace period while billing is retried from your mobile balance for a period of 14 days
• Continued failure to renew may result in automatic cancellation of the service.

Unsubscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

• The Drama-Shots platform at https://playgh.drama-shots.com/ under My Account / Profile > Unsubscribe, or
• Dialing *175# and following the subscription management options.

Upon successful unsubscription, no further recurring charges will be applied.

Content Usage

• Content provided through Drama-Shots is for personal, non-commercial viewing only.
• Subscribers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, record, modify, publish, transmit, or commercially exploit any content available on the service.
• Unauthorized sharing or redistribution of content is strictly prohibited.

Notifications

Subscribers may receive SMS notifications related to subscription activation, renewal, unsubscription, new content releases and service updates.

Privacy

• Your mobile number and subscription information may be used solely for service delivery, customer support, billing and service improvement purposes.
• Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy regulations and requirements.

Service Availability

• Drama-Shots is provided on a best-effort basis and service availability may be affected by network conditions, device compatibility, maintenance activities, or factors beyond reasonable control.
• Video quality may vary depending on network speed and device capabilities.

General

• Drama-Shots reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any content, feature, promotion, or aspect of the service at any time.
• Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use and any future updates.
